If you are a mom of little ones you know how difficult it is to find the time to workout! Being a dancer for so many years exercise was something that was built into my schedule and when I had my son, life dramatically changed! With little sleep and so many chores, fitness was the last thing on my to-do list! I had my daughter only 18 months after my son and so the sleepless nights and mountain of chores only increased… It was only when I stopped breastfeeding my little girl that things started to get a little easier for me.
I still find myself struggling to find time on my own so I have created ways to workout with my toddlers around. Here is a super easy, super simple workout while you are out and about with your kiddies!
If your kiddies don’t like to sit in the stroller for very long, take their favourite snack along! It works wonders!
